Founder

Kelly Passetti was born in Medellin, Colombia. With over half a decade of construction experience in the Tallahassee area, Kelly has managed countless residential and commercial projects that have allowed her to build trusting relationships with the different trades.

Today, as a Certified Building Contractor, she brings her passion and expertise to help her clients reach their vision and dreams.

Kelly has seen the difficulties homeowners face with some contractor’s practices such as, the lack of communication, the numerous “upgrades” that should’ve been standard and the stressful over budget conversations.
